Important Instructions to complete the post class without delays! Bankruptcy Case number is mandatory to complete this course. Group Class Instructions

- You must have paid and have a User Name and Password to take the class online. - User Name and Password are CASE SENSATIVE! - Please read the instructions below and then click the Take Class Button. |

1. After you enter your password you will need to complete the Demographics
and Pre Test.
You may not know all of the answers so use an educated guess! Your score on this test does not matter but must be completed. |

2. There will be an on screen timer and you must spend two hours taking the course.
If you sit on one screen more than 60 minutes you will be logged off and you will be able to log back in and start where you left off! |
|
|
3. You cannot take the POST test until the timer says your have reached
the 115 minute mark. |
|
|
4. You must answer 21 of 30 questions correct to pass
the final and your certificate will be issued. |
|
|
5. At the end of the final test, there is an evaluation that must be completed in
order to receive your certificate. Make sure that you have spent 115 minutes on the course before you click the submit button. |

|
6. Once everything is completed, your attorney will be notified to download your certificate from our bkcounselor.org website. If you are filing Pro Se, or not working with an attorney, we can make arrangements to send your certificate directly to you via USPS mail, or e-mail. Please call our office if you are not filing with an attorney and we will send you a copy of your certificate to you direct. |
